“I recently needed to utilize our current service agreement. First to correct a very annoying problem with our large monitor, and, secondly, a repair needed on one of our wireless microphones. In both cases, the staff at your help desk and technician Yarto Bleah were very helpful and efficient. They all personified what a customer would expect to receive from “Customer Service”. If only other companies would have such a great staff members and service philosophies!
