Visitors experience the region’s best agriculture through various tasting, demonstration, and hands-on classes at the New York Wine and Culinary Center. This 20,000 square foot facility located in Canandaigua, New York, includes:

  • Three ceiling-mounted cameras
  • Two 60-inch flat plasma display screens
  • Two touch screen control panels
  • Sixteen 17-inch LCD screens in the hands-on kitchen
  • Wireless mics for guest chefs

This installed equipment creates an atmosphere for visitors to learn, taste, experience and inspire. It’s all about hands-on and/or close up. With ceiling-mounted LCD screens at each station in the hands-on kitchen no student ever misses a single direction because the instructor can be seen and heard throughout the kitchen.
